Please login into your Dachun Sosap account to access your account dashboard.
- Click “Member” on the top menu to enter the member center.
- Click “Change Password,” enter your current password followed by your new password and click “Submit.”
- Click "Forget Password" on the log in / sign in page.
- Enter your email address and click “Submit”
- 3. An email will be sent to you requesting you to change your password.
- 4. Click the link in the email and set up your new password.

For international orders, we currently accept credit cards only.
Once your order has been successfully placed, you cannot cancel the order, or change or add items to your order. You can only edit the delivery address and contact information.
We work hard to ensure that the product(s) you order from Dachun Soap are carefully packed. Please unbox the parcel once you receive it. If there are any problems, please contact us here.
Overseas returns and exchanges involve complicated transnational operations and procedures. Please double check before you place an order.

We currently ship to Malaysia only. We are planning to add Hong Kong, Macou, Japan, Songapore, and China in the list, in the future.
In the light of latest global restrictions on shipping as the world copes with Coronavirus (COVID-19), customers residing in some regions may expect potential shipping delays. If the parcel cannot be delivered to your country, we will notify you and help you with order cancellation and make refunds.
A Flat fee based on the package destination will be chaged. Customers are also responsible for import duties, taxes and brokerage fees (if any). These fees may be charged to you when your package reaches your country border depending on your country’s policies and regulations.
Please notice that currency conversion occurs at the time of the transaction. The currency rate that is used is always the rate at the time of the transaction. The delivery fee listed below are estimates.
