Countries/ Regions We Deliver to

We currently ship to Hong Kong, Macou, the United States, Japan, Thailand, Songapore, Malaysia, and China. In the light of latest global restrictions on shipping as the world copes with Coronavirus (COVID-19), customers residing in some regions may expect potential shipping delays. If the parcel cannot be delivered to your country, we will notify you and help you with order cancellation and make refunds.

International Shipping Flat Fee

A Flat fee based on the package destination will be chaged. Customers are also responsible for import duties, taxes and brokerage fees (if any). These fees may be charged to you when your package reaches your country border depending on your country's policies and regulations. Please notice that currency conversion occurs at the time of the transaction. The currency rate that is used is always the rate at the time of the transaction. The delivery fee listed below are estimates.

Delivery Times

Orders are usually shipped out within 3 business days. If the item you order is out of stock, we will notify you the estimated time of availability. Once the item is available and has been shipped, they will normally be delivered within the time listed below.

Order Issues

Once your order has been successfully placed, you cannot cancel the order, or change or add items to your order. You can only edit the delivery address and contact information. We work hard to ensure that the product(s) you order from Dachun Soap are carefully packed. Please unbox the parcel once you receive it. If there are any problems, please contact us here.
